Weslo Cadence Treadmill

If you have ever researched home fitness equipment, then you will have noticed that Weslo offers a wide variety of different machines from treadmills to elliptical trainers. In their 'Cadence' range of treadmills, there are currently two models for you to choose from. Although there are some negative reviews floating around the internet, it is important to read the positive ones too, to see if they outweigh the negative aspects, because these treadmills are very reasonably priced and appear to be a great solution to working out at home.

The first model in the Cadence range is the Weslo Cadence 55 Treadmill. At only three hundred dollars, this seems to be very affordable. The deck of this particular model is cushioned to protect your joints as you exercise, so this is one advantage to this model. The machine has the ability to incline at your command, meaning that you can adjust it to simulate walking uphill, which enable you to have a tougher workout.

The display of the monitor uses LCD, so is very easy to see, even for those with poor vision. The first function of the LCD display is to show the time that you have been running or walking, so you can set yourself specific targets as you exercise. The next purpose is to monitor the distance in kilometres, so that you can measure the distance that you would have walked or ran if on land. Finally, it monitors the amount of calories that you have burned. This is an essential function if you want to use the treadmill to aid weight loss.

The next one that is available to you is the Weslo Cadence 80 Treadmill. This one is a little more expensive than the aforementioned, at nearly four hundred dollars, but it does offer better features for using it at home. For example, this treadmill can be folded so you can store it away conveniently by folding it up and putting it in a cupboard or somewhere similar. It uses a digital speed control system that allows you to speed up or slow down the rate that you are moving at for a more difficult or less intense workout.

The Weslo Cadence 80 Treadmill also uses the same cushioning system as the previous Cadence treadmill that was mentioned, so your joints are fully protected when you are working out. The large LCD display allows you to easily view the time that you have been exercising for, the calories that you have burned, and also the distance that you have travelled while you have been moving. The incline system allows you to simulate uphill walking or running if you want a harder workout. As well as this, there is also a heart rate monitor so you can keep an eye on it, or even set yourself targets.

There are other treadmills in the Cadence range, and there are many options available for you to consider. If you don't have much space, then the last treadmill mentioned will be one of the best options for you as it allows you to save space by folding the treadmill up in order to store it. If you have more space available then you can go for the cheaper model, but it doesn’t appear to offer as many options.

The best thing that you can do to ensure that you get a treadmill that meets your requirements is to do your research and make sure that you read some customer reviews. This will give you a better idea of what to expect from the product that you are considering.
